Welcome to Poppeln Hostel!
In the archipelago town Oxelosund, close to both the sea and the city you live comfortably and pleasantly. Walking and biking distance to beaches and downtown, 1.5 mil vacations; 7 mil to Norrköping and 10 mil to Stockholm.
During your stay with us you will have access to all our common areas with complete kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge and freezer), two television rooms furnished with armchairs, sofas and dining table. In 2015, we renovated several of our shower rooms and toilets. In the building there is also a dry sauna, steam room, gym and pool room that is free for guests to use. At the Poppeln Hostel, we have elevator, large door openings, ramp to the entrance and handicap toilets and showers. Fill out our booking form – we will respond within 24 hours. With us comes to check in at 12:00 and check out at 11:00.

Our rooms
The Poppeln Hostel offers 8 double rooms, 4 single rooms, 5 family rooms with 4-6 beds and 2 dorms with bunk beds. Our rooms are individually decorated and some of them with a specific theme such as 50s, 60s, 70s and glitter and glamor. In your inquiry, you can add wishes if you want to book a particular room.

In our garden among flowers and rippling waterfalls we offer yoy a barbecue facilities and a place for celebration and activity. Enjoy the greenery and our beautiful pond with fish.
Training camps or cup?
With us the whole team have rooms! Let us fix breakfast and lunch or do it by yourself in the shared kitchen.

Turist Taxi
In cooperation with a number of companys in Oxelösund we offer a tourist taxi at a bargain price on 30 SEK. They go daily between 09:00 and 22:00 during the period 1 June to 30 September. A convenient and easy way to get around the town.

Sea and Archipelago
In Oxelösund its never far from the sea. By bike you can easily reach both the sandy beaches and secluded rocky beaches. Femöre attracts many with its swimming spots in the summer and views to the open sea all year.
City
Around the corner is a supermarket with long opening hours and a stone's throw from the Poppeln Hostel, there is a center with a large grocery store and several other shops. By bus or 10 minute drive lies Nyköping with many shops in the city center and shopping center just outside.
Activities
During your stay with us there is much to do nearby. Boda Borg, Skärgårdsvåfflan, and Femörefortet are examples. And do you want to eat a good meal there are many restaurants and pizzerias – take advantage of our tourist taxi!
